Classes:
In-house classes are free to members

Over 60's Summer Club: Supervised 6 week course specifically aimed at those 60 and over. Gentle exercise (2 classes and 1 supervised gym session per week) to improve mental health, wellbeing and social interaction.

Stroops Fit: incorporating slatstix fitness bands to create a whole body workout against body resistance

Kettlebells: low impact total body workout resistance training using kettlebells

Body blast: 30 minute short blast of exercise consisting of everything and anything to de-stress you from your working week

Friday frenzy: Go crazy with this fun class to get you ready for your weekend...using a mixture of equipment each week, you don’t know what you will be doing until you turn up.

HIIT: High intensity interval training or HIIT is defined as short, intense, unsustainable bursts of physical activity, paired with intervals of quick rests

Body Weight Blast: Using your bodyweight to create a complete workout...no equipment needed, just you!

Indoor Cycling: Burn some calories & improve fitness in one go. Work at your own intensity while cycling to motivating music.

Indoor Cycling & Abs: 30 minute spin class as above with a 15 minute core blast to finish off.

Outdoor Bootcamp: Train in the great outdoors, using a mix of the old and new training styles to perform whole body exercises. Great for fitness, strength and conditioning.

Lower Body Functional Fitness: Gym based fitness class using a variety of gym equipment: kettlebells, Barbell, Dumbbells, resistance machines and the Omnia focusing on the Lower half of the body

Upper Body Functional Fitness: Gym based fitness class using a variety of gym equipment: kettlebells, Barbell, Dumbbells, resistance machines and the Omnia focusing on the upper half of the body

Barbell Blast: A whole body blast which makes full use of barbells and weighted plates.

Ab Blast: An intense abdominal workout designed to strengthen and tone the stomach area. Focusing on core strength and stability, using a range of body weight stances and ab engaging exercises.

Boxercise: Whole body strength and cardio workout using boxing pads and gloves. Hit away your frustrations of the day.

Teen gym: Structured gym sessions for children aged 11-15 years.

Gym Club: funded fitness club for Sharnbrook students only

Zumba: involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music (to book onto Zumba please call Wilda Drew - 07832659932)

N.B. All in house class participants must be 16 years and above unless attending a teen gym/teen circuit sessions
