Classes:
In-house classes are free to members and only £3.50 for non-members

 

Over 50's Aerobics: This class is designed for anyone over the age of 50 wanting to improve their fitness. This class is designed to accommodate for a range of fitness and ability levels.

Over 50's Chair based class: Performing seated exercises that will help improve your mobility and strength.

Over 50's Gym Session: Come along to the gym for a planned session with one of our instructors

HIIT: High intensity interval training or HIIT is defined as short, intense, unsustainable bursts of physical activity, paired with intervals of quick rests

Body Weight: Mat based exerciser class, using only your body weight and mats. Strengthening and conditioning.

Spin: Burn some calories & improve fitness in one go. Work at your own intensity while cycling to motivating music.

Spin & Abs:30 minute spin class as above with a 15 minute core blast to finish off.

Pump FX:Progressive resistance training using a bar and weight plates to deliver functional, multi-plane movement and total body results.

Abs and Pads: Core strengthening exercises with boxercise skills using pads and gloves to improve your over all fitness and strength

TRX:Suspension training, using body weight.

Outdoor Bootcamp:Train in the great outdoors, using a mix of the old and new training styles to perform whole body exercises. Great for fitness, strength and conditioning.

Boxercise Boxing fit:Boxercise skills using pads and gloves to improve fitness and strength.

Lower Body Functional Training: Gym based fitness class using a variety of gym equipment: kettlebells, Barbell, Dumbbells, resistance machines and the Omina focusing on the Lower half of the body

Upper Body Functional Training: Gym based fitness class using a variety of gym equipment: kettlebells, Barbell, Dumbbells, resistance machines and the Omina focusing on the upper half of the body

Fitball: Fitball is a ball based fitness class, improving your overall muscle strength, it gives your whole body a workout. Developing a better core, enhancing posture and overall body balance. 

Teen gym:Structured gym sessions for children aged 11-15 years. £2.75 per teen.

Yogalates: An excellent way to de-stress and unwind whilst improving your core strength Yoga - Improve flexibility, strength and wellbeing.

BodyTone: Working all areas with a cardio workout.

Cardio tone and core: Work your aerobic system as well as your core to burn calories and tone up.

Kettlercise: Low impact class. A total body workout following a sequence of moves incorporating a kettlebell.

Yoga: Improve flexibility, strength and wellbeing

Combat MX: Choreographed aerobics class incorporating martial arts moves and kettlebells. Burn calories, relieve stress, enhance fitness and tone muscles
