Stroops Fit: incorporating slatstix fitness bands to create a whole body workout against body resistance

HIIT: High intensity interval training or HIIT is defined as short, intense, unsustainable bursts of physical activity, paired with intervals of quick rests

Body Weight Blast: Using your bodyweight to create a complete workout...no equipment needed, just you!

Indoor Cycling: Burn some calories & improve fitness in one go. Work at your own intensity while cycling to motivating music.

Barbell Blast: A whole body blast which makes full use of barbells and weighted plates.

Teen gym: Structured gym sessions for children aged 11-15 years.

 

External instructors: Below class are charged at additional costs. Please contact the instructors for more information.

N.B. All in house class participants must be 16 years and above unless attending a teen gym/teen circuit sessions
