Classes:
In-house classes are free to members and only £3.50 for non-members

Over 50's Chair Based Class: Performing seated exercises that will help improve your mobility and strength.

Over 50's Gym Session: Come along to the gym for a planned session with one of our instructors

HIIT: High intensity interval training or HIIT is defined as short, intense, unsustainable bursts of physical activity, paired with intervals of quick rests

Body Weight: Mat based exerciser class, using only your body weight and mats. Strengthening and conditioning.

Indoor Cycling: Burn some calories & improve fitness in one go. Work at your own intensity while cycling to motivating music.

Indoor Cycling & Abs:30 minute spin class as above with a 15 minute core blast to finish off.

Suspension Fitness: Using suspension ropes and body weight to build power, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility.

Outdoor Bootcamp: Train in the great outdoors, using a mix of the old and new training styles to perform whole body exercises. Great for fitness, strength and conditioning.

Lower Body Functional Fitness: Gym based fitness class using a variety of gym equipment: kettlebells, Barbell, Dumbbells, resistance machines and the Omnia focusing on the Lower half of the body

Upper Body Functional Fitness: Gym based fitness class using a variety of gym equipment: kettlebells, Barbell, Dumbbells, resistance machines and the Omnia focusing on the upper half of the body

Fitball: Fitball is a ball based fitness class, improving your overall muscle strength, it gives your whole body a workout. Developing a better core, enhancing posture and overall body balance. 

Cardio Circuit: A variety of cardiovascular exercises performed in quick rotation to ignite metabolism, raise energy levels, burn calories and improve general fitness.

Barbell Blast: A whole body blast which makes full use of barbells and weighted plates.

Ab Blast: An intense abdominal workout designed to strengthen and tone the stomach area. Focusing on core strength and stability, using a range of body weight stances and ab engaging exercises.

Tone & Tighten: An exercise class that will tone and sculpt key body areas using specific exercises with or without weights. An enjoyable way to build strength whilst increasing stamina and endurance.

Complete Core: a gym based exercises class focusing on strengthening the core and abdominal muscles.

Boxercise: Whole body strength and cardio workout using boxing pads and gloves. Hit away your frustrations of the day.

Weekend Wind Down: A gym based exercise class to stretch and strengthen the body, as well as improve flexibility. All to help you wind down for the weekend.

Yogalates: An excellent way to de-stress and unwind whilst improving your core strength.

Teen gym: Structured gym sessions for children aged 11-15 years. £2.75 per teen.
