Trainee wellbeing is of the utmost importance at The Pilgrim Partnership. We pride ourselves on extremely positive relationships with our trainees and mentors in schools; enabling us to support each trainee on their individual journey. As trainees develop in confidence and competence across the Teaching Standards and their understanding of the needs of pupils in school increases, it is not uncommon for self-care to be side-lined. Professional tutors have an ‘open door’ policy at all centre based training to support you. Our training programme contains specific wellbeing focused training and we have regular 1:1 tutorials, where we can support your individual needs.
The Pilgrim Partnership is part of CMAT. For more information about CMAT's values and history click here.
A Wellbeing Guide to support you further during your training year will be shared with you. In the meantime you can follow this link to the guide:- https://www.educationsupport.org.uk/looking-after-teacher-wellbeing
